Cafico International appointed as Corporate Services Provider to the Vita Green Impact Fund.
We are delighted to have been appointed by Vita Ireland, an Irish development agency, to provide corporate administration services to their recently established innovative Vita Green Impact Fund.
The initial €10 million green impact fund, managed by FCI Ltd, will provide access to safe water and cooking facilities to communities in Ethiopia and Eritrea.
The services provided by Cafico International include the provision of initial and ongoing corporate administration services to facilitate the Vita Green Impact Fund attending to all of its necessary fiscal, financial, regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
The team was led by Máiréad Lyons and Moira Scott.
